We are compliant with our responsibilities under the Data Protection Act 1998. We will protect your data throughout the period of the investigation and beyond.
If you intend to use the services of a Private Investigator you must ensure the following are in place.
- Is the company that you have selected registered with the Data Commissioner?
- Is everyone within the organisation working on the task data compliant?
- If utilising sub-contracted investigators are they insured and qualified?
- Do they adhere to a strict code of ethics such as those laid down by the Association of British Investigators?
- Have they produced an IA for you?
If you have not been able to answer these questions then you should look for an company that can provide you with the reassurance that you need.
It has never been more important that your personal and business data is protected. Due to the type of business environment that we operate in it is absolutely essential that we set the standard for data protection and we do that by leading by example. Not only do we ensure that we are compliant in all respect to the Data Protection Act 1998 but we also advise you so that you can ensure that you are also compliant. This is particularly important for our business clients.
The Information Commissioners Office are rigorously following up suspected data protection issues. People and businesses are being fined due to data protection issues, some are even being given a custodial sentence. The data protection issue is only ever going to increase. We provide you with the reassurance that you require.
We want to protect our people, your people and any little people that may be about whilst we are conducting our investigations. Not being adequately insured is a recipe for disaster in all forms of life, this does not mater if you are coming to us an individual or a business. You simply must ensure that whoever you are dealing with is insured for the work that they are carrying out on your behalf.

How shall I get it to you?
Depending on the nature of your enquiry we may be able to simply exchange emails or setup a secure cloud based system. Alternatively we may require a face to face meeting.
Are you covered by the Data Protection Act?
We are and we ensure that everyone dealing with any part of your enquiry is also covered. If you are a business client then we will also advise you on your commitment to the data protection act 1988 if you are at all unsure.
What are your prices?
We do have a price list on the website but it may be that your inquiry is particularly bespoke and as such we will be able to put together a specific quote based on our discussions.
What guarantees do you make?
We guarantee to be professional at every phase. We will be open and honest about what can be achieved for the budget that you have. We would never guarantee a result purely due to the nature of the business.
Payment on invoice or upfront?
This will be discussed and agreed upon at the initial phase but broadly speaking, private clients will need to pay upfront with business clients settling via invoice on an agreed term (normally 14 days).
